SENSOLIST provides a dynamic digital sandbox where users can connect various smart devices and sensors. Our platform enables the collection and analysis of data, integrating with Data Science engines for innovation and automation. This environment supports creativity in developing new processes, and products or testing concepts efficiently.

Users must not engage in any unlawful activities under the laws of their residing country and the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as terrorism, fraud, theft, embezzlement, breach of privacy, intellectual property infringement, distributing harmful or malicious software, and any form of discrimination or hate speech. Users are also prohibited from using the platform for any activity that infringes upon the rights of others or violates any local, state, federal, or international law.

SENSOLIST will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of SENSOLIST services will be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Puerto Rico, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. Any arbitration or mediation shall be conducted in Puerto Rico, and the language of any such proceedings shall be English.
